Privacy
AI Last Limited, Hamilton, New Zealand, runs this website. This page says what information I collect, why, where it is kept, and how to ask about it. It follows the Privacy Act 2020.
What I collect, and why
- The AI Quick-Scan. The form asks for your name, your business name, your email, and your answers about how your team's admin work is done. I use these to prepare your Opportunity Map and to contact you about it. The form does not ask for patient information. Please do not enter any.
- Booking a call. The booking page asks for your name, your email and the time you choose.
- Email. If you email me, I keep what you send.
Where it is kept
- The scan runs on Tally, a form service. Tally keeps the submission. A copy of each scan and its map is kept in my Google Workspace, which stores data outside New Zealand.
- Your map is scored by a plain script, not by an AI tool.
- Before our map meeting I may use an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) to prepare, including reading your scan answers. I use it on a Claude Team plan. Anthropic does not use content from that plan to train its models.
- I keep scan answers, maps and emails for 2 years after our last contact, then delete them.
Who sees it
Me. If you ask for AI governance work, I may share your information with BAIC Ltd, my governance partner, and I will tell you first. I do not sell or give your information to anyone else.
Patients of the practices I work with
When I work inside a practice, patient names and identifying details come out before any text goes into an AI tool, and the practice stays the holder of its patient information. I do not keep patient information.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email benny@ai-last.co.nz. If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
